Listing your event in our calendars is free of charge. We have two calendars. Our Shoppers' Calendar advertises your event to the shopping public. The other, our Vendors' Calendar, is in a password protected area which is accessible to our subscribers, who are comprised of artists, handcrafters, food vendors and entrepreneurs. Only the Vendors' Calendar will include your booth details and contact information if you choose to solicit their participation.
CONDITIONS: Your event must be held in Hawaii and include arts and crafts (10 booths or more). We reserve the right to decide not to list certain events for any reason at our discretion. We will not list an event that is solely advertised as a swap meet or a flea market.
TIMELY SUBMISSIONS: We update our calendars the first week of each month, and occasionally semimonthly. Please submit your event as early as possible.

SUBMIT YOUR VENDOR DOCUMENTS (optional): We can link your vendor's documents (application form, rules/regulations, and/or layout map) to your listing in our Vendors' Calendar. If your documents are available online, just include the web address when you Submit Your Event Details (above). If not available online, you can email the digital document(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Digital documents which we accept: Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, PageMaker, and InDesign files. Standard fonts in your document should display correctly, however fancy fonts (except in Acrobat) may be substituted. Layout maps can be a pdf, jpeg, tiff, eps, or Adobe Illustrator with fonts rasterized. We cannot use Corel and Freehand files, unless converted to a file format previously mentioned.
